Santiago City Integrated Terminal and Commercial Complex
It has been a month since I witness this fact about the Graft the personnel of ITTCC Santiago city are doing against the poor commuters, Drivers and conductors. They often extort passengers whom they saw smoking, and urinating at the back of the terminal.
